What has happen to our President?

Where has he gone? You do not hear much from him, has he take the year off. With all the problems we are having with the economy what is he doing to correct this? He has to go down as one the worst President in America history. He has done nothing but give us all a rebate check, how is $600 suppose to help us, we know most will spend it on gas or at Wal-mart, where the money all goes over seas. This morning I was watching the news and heard the reporter call; him Mr Bush, did he resign, or quit? Why was he not refereed to as President? Aww maybe cause he the report got it right. To be called President you have to act as one, so in closing, Mr Bush, enjoy your last few months on office and enjoy spending our money cause you do not deserve the titles as President.

Our Congress and Major League sports

Why I will never understand does Professional Sport have to be investigated by Our Congress? If anyone can explain why Arlene Spector is investigating the NFL over Spy Gate? What is his moitive? Alrene one of the major problem with the Warren commision should himself be investigated over all the lies in the report. We spend million on dollars investigating if Roger Clemens took Steriod or not. Who really cares? Who care if The Pats taped the super bowl agaist the eagles, unless Spector had money on it and what to claim it back. I believe thier are more major issues in our country that Cheaters in Major league sports. Please is you going to investage anything see how Big Business is taken advantage of the mid and poor folks. Tell me how Big oil companies and Cable company are making huge profits and tell everyone they are losing money. This is what is needed to be investigated. Milk farmers have limits on what they can charge for there product, why can these company abide by the same rule.

Things I never understand....

1) Why do we spend millions on dollar investigating Major League Baseball for Steroid? I think that money can be redirected to other areas of need.
2) Why when driving in the passing lanes there always seem a car not passing anyone? When did Yield means step on the pedal and just bolt in front of everyone.
3) Why does gas cost so much? I mean till recent we have had a mild winter, no major storms, should the price of oil go down.
4) Why is the Wii game station is such demand? Was it not out for over a year now?
5) Now I do believe in God so do not take this wrong. If you dad told you he was going to follow this star and take valuable items with them, what would you say?
6) Why does everyone think their problem are the most import?

I hope I did not bore you but just had to get a few things off my chest.

Just some thoughts on turning 50...

Things have changed when you turn 50.

Well one thing I am better shape now than when I was 40 and maybe even 30. But you start to think about how much time is left on this earth. I mean, I don't think about it much, but you have to think, so many have die by the time they are 55 or 60's. So what, I have 5 maybe 10 years? Or who knows, maybe I have 15 or 30 or hell 40. The best part of turning 50's is everyone tell you that it only an number. And some say I still look young. I think they just try to buttery me up.

Ok things that change. You start to think what you have done in your life. Flirting, always that is me. Made some great friends and hope to continue to. Some have touch my heart and others well they touch me in other ways. I am more patient with things.

I was always a person that wants no one to change for me or be upset with me. I never meant to hurt anyone, but sometime you have to do what you feel inside yourself, the inner self parts. I not one to keep people from doing things they enjoy. I never, ever like anyone change just for me. But in the end you have to end a relationship cause you see your holding them back. Sometimes people pick side in a realtionship, and that is their choice, I just wish they would just be friends with both. But you see alot that your holding someone from doing something they enjoy. You have to let them go and continue their journey.

I have made some new friends and continue some old friendship. I enjoy talking or emailing them. It always nice to see the little emails I get. I hope these friendship contine to grow and who know maybe one day we could all meet for coffee. Sound like an old guy talking lol. Ok maybe lunch or dinner. You can see some of the relationship grow into stronger ones. Even thou we are miles apart, you can chat with each other and still have a good friendship. I never want to end a friendship, but if they do that is there choice. They will stop calling or emailing or chatted that has happen but life still goes on. Than after awhile some do come back and talk. Some of the closes friends you never meet. But when needed they are they for you.

I still travel with work and still hate to leave but ok once I am there. I enjoy dancing there. I like also when going to these areas to walk and see the cities.

I am more patient since turn 50, well since getting older. I was always the old to find a solution to a problem instead of trying to put the blame on someone. But my driving speed is down, lets just say I keep it under 75 mph. It is slower lol but I know still over the speed limit. I don't get upset as much when someone driving inthe passing lane at 65mph. I let people jump in front of me in lines.

Thing that never change.

I still get upset when my Steelers play bad. That will never change. I still flirt that is me. I still friendly even in person. I still love my family and friends. Still hate work and chores.

Things I want to change.

Continue to lose weigt and get healthier, but do not want to be one of those people that pushes or show off how in shape they are. I would like to run a 5k race. I like to flirt, opps that not a change. I liek to one day to retire and enjoy life my way. Hopeful I could touch those special people that I did, or do make a change in there lifes. I always enjoy talking to someone and see them smile. That is special for me, to put a smile on someone face.

The Love of The Game

Seem to me the today's Professional Athletes are just that, Players being paid to Play rather than truly Playing for the love of the game. It went from playing for the Love of the Game to becoming a job with Sky Rocketing Salaries. But in the same time the one thing that does not change is they are still role models for the youth of our Nation and yes even the World. Now you wonder why is this my concern. Well with kids see that the Wealth these Athletes make and there Millions of Dollar salaries to what extent will we drive our kids to became the very best. Some may say this sounds stupid, just look at the violent that is taken part at our kids youth sport. Look a the fights parents get into over a bad call, Look at the parents fighting with the High School Coaches or brown nosing so there kids can start or get more playing time. Look at the Drug are given to our kids to make them stronger and faster. What happen to the days when kids from a neighbor goes and play baseball in and open field, or goes to a playground and a pickup game of basketball breaks out. Some can say with all the molester out there, or if they play on my field I can get sued, but some do not what the kids to get hurt, or home working out with there special coach that Mom's and Dad's are paying for. Even in High School sports some Coach's do not want there Starting player's playing any other sports. College do not look the first time at these player in High School some go to the middle school level and even worst to the grades school. Wonder why our nation is full of stress, maybe cause when we was younger we never knew how to relax and be,, yes we never was KIDS. Some kids these days do not play a sport cause they love it, they play cause they are good at it. Some once once said, "he competed only as an amateur and therefore demonstrated an unadulterated love for the game". This quote was made about the Great Bobby Jones. One of the greatest golfer ever. He never turn to become a pro but really he Played for the Love of the Game.

Does History repeat itself.

I know some will not care and other might. But I have a right to my opinion as well as you do. My Wife was reading me something of a friends of hers wrote one day. It made this One think of why do we as American think we live the perfect life and have to push it onto others? And yet, We as Americans will spend Billions of dollars in wasted project that our government says we need to support, but here in the Great U.S. of A. we have million homeless, million with no health care, and yes we people starving everyday. We give billions of Dollars in the space program, to search the outer limits. We can see billions of light years out in space, but we can not find one person in the mountains in Afghanistan. Now do not get me wrong I Love my Country and support Our troops, but believe me I have a great fear of My Government. Why is it that Our Gas prices increase to record stages, and yes Oil company's are making billions of dollars in profits every qtr. Maybe does it have anything to do with Our Great Leader being a from the Oil State? Not sure but seem all his Cabinets member are dropping like fly. And today the New Secretary of Defense at his hearing was asked about the war in Iraq and his response was That we are not winning the war in Iraq. I though the President said we won? I wonder what Our founding father are thinking now? Why did they fight so hard for this Country? A protest of tax dollars being wasted away, taxes with the lack of representation. Seem that history does repeat.
